Vacant Staging
For vacant properties, we will deliver and carefully arrange furniture, art, and accessories for one room—or every room in the home—ensuring that your property photographs beautifully and appeals to a broad spectrum of potential buyers.
Our extensive inventory features a variety of styles, allowing us to thoughtfully complement the existing character of the home without leaning too heavily into any particular design trend (such as colonial or mid-century modern), creating an inviting and versatile atmosphere.
Photo Styling
Need an occupied home staged for pictures? We will consult with the homeowner - room by room - about specific actions they can take to help their home photograph well. We call it “pre-packing” instead of decluttering, and love to help homeowners get a head start on their moving journey.
Homeowners will have a step-by-step plan for how to create photo-ready rooms complete with shopping suggestions. Or if the shopping and styling is not something they have time to accomplish - we can do that work for them!
Home Styling
Similar to our Photo Styling service, this is specifically for homeowners who aren’t ready to sell! We offer styling services for room refreshes - or if you’ve recently moved into a new space and aren’t sure how to make it work best for you!
Less involved than interior design - we will help you arrange the pieces you currently own, help you figure out what stays and what goes, and created a customized shopping list for anything new you might need to create that perfectly curated space. And just like the Photo Styling service - we provide a step-by-step guide, or complete the service for busy homeowners!

Whether the homeowner is preparing to sell their property or planning to stay long-term, we have developed a reliable and straightforward method for selecting the right paint color the very first time.
